FrontPage Programming - local links don't work in PREVIEW

local links don't work in PREVIEW

I just upgraded from 2000 to 2003 and the first thing I
noticed is that clicking on local links in the Preview
mode doesn't work anymore. The external links (to web
sites) work fine, but the links to the pages in the site I
am working on don't work at all. (They still work if I
control-click in Design view, though.)

Has anyone else had this problem? I feel as though it's
pretty serious.
