Author How to prevent files from appearing in search results?

Hello:

I was just on my site and did a search for roses (www.kcflorist.com)
and some pages come back in the results that I would rather not have
appear. Is there any code or something I could do to prevent those
pages from being included in the search results?

Thanks,
GAK

I've found the best way to restrict the search (FrontPage search component)
is to make a subweb with the search form, and the pages you want to be
searched. you can even make them like "index cards" with the words on them
and links to other pages.

the FrontPage search component won't search past the subweb it's in.
