I have uploaded a video and want to allow visitors to move to different
parts of it.

How many I do this, as I have tried and have no idea what I am not doing to
allow this.

I have the options in the player when it is being viewed to stop and play
and fast-forward and rewind and the sound volume but it will not let me or
anyone move the scroll bar to the part of the video they want to see.
