I have created my website, www.heritage20874.org. This site is for my
homeowners assocication. I want the links to open the pdf.s in a different
window so that the visitor does not have to constantly hit the go back
browser button to open the next document (pdf). As you can see from my site
I am new to this. Help.

For FP2000, should be similar in FP03:

Place your cursor on the link, right click go to "hyperlink
properties" > change "target frame" > "new page" > OK. Save the page.
