Author an app that can capture the whole webpage into a PNG

does anyone happen to know a good app that can capture the whole
webpage (including the material not visible until you scroll down) and
make it into a PNG?

usually we see those screen captures in books but not sure how to get
one ourselves.

it seems quite good. i wonder anything can capture the window frame
and the address bar also.... is there such an app for the Mac?
