Author _kbas search: force search to recognize text added after initial p

I have been posting knowledge base articles with minimal text, then editing
the _kbas/xxxx.htm files directly in order to add HTML formatting and things
I've forgotten.

I recently noticed that the search isn't picking up text I added after my
initial submittal of the kbas articles; how do I force Frontpage to pick up
the new text?

I would be fine with having to manually enter new text into where ever
kbpost.htm is storing text to search -- I wasn't able to find
_vti_bin/shtml.dll/kbpost.htm on our web server in order to figure out where
the text is being stored, though.

With the site open in FP, run Tools | Recalculate Hyperlinks.
