FrontPage 2000 problem with Vista

| Just got a new computer with Vista and FP 2000 will not connect to any
servers. Acts like it's not even searching. I go to file-open web- and
enter any url with the http:// and it immedietly tells me I don't have
permission to that folder. Acts like it's trying to find the website on my
machine.
However, I can go to a website in my IE browser, hit the edit with FP
button, and it gives me the login & passord fields and I can login fine, use
the program fine and save fine.
Any suggestions as to why I can't "Open Web"?
I first thought maybe it was the macafee firewall causing the problem, it
wasn't listed as a program, so I added it, but still no luck.
Thanks in advance.

| Can you right click on FP and say Run as Administrator?

| Remove an incompatible program from your computer before you upgrade
to Windows Vista.
. Download and install an update for the incompatible program.
. Obtain a later version of the incompatible program
