Author how to set FP 2003 to ask to delete remote file if it was deleted locally

After re-installing XP and all programs, including FP 2003, and copying
My Documents from a clone of the hard drive as it was before being
reformatted, FP 2003 no longer asks if I want to delete files on the
remote server when publishing from local to remote (changed files only)
in the case that the file does not exist on the local but does exist on
the remote. Question: what must I do in order that FP 2003 ask, when
publishing from local to remote (changed pages only), if I want to
delete the remote file after I have deleted the corresponding local
file?

The first time you publish from a new PC or a new install of FrontPage, you
need to do a full publish from local to remote, after that, do a changed
pages only, which will ask if you want to delete files from your remote
site.
