This problem occurs after publishing a discussion subweb from my
provider's host (Windows) to my win98 PC.
On the published web the hit counters are the same as on the host and
the search bot works. But not after I recalculate hyperlinks. Then the
hit counter starts over at 1 and the search doesn't find anything.
Here is the directory structure.
Host: http://samplingplans.com
Subweb: http://samplingplans.com/forum/
Folder with messages: http://samplingplans.com/forum/_disc1sam/
PC:
Published to PC at: http://tower/tsamplingforum17
Name when opened with IE: http://tower/tsamplingforum17/forum.htm
Name when opened with FP: E:\Webshare\wwwroot\tsamplingforum17
Folder with messages with FP:
E:\Webshare\wwwroot\tsamplingforum17\_disc1sam
What am I doing wrong and what should I do to make it right?

| You should open the web in FrontPage as http://tower/tsamplingforum17,
not as a disc-based web using a drive letter.
This assumes you are using PWS with FPextensions.
