Theme is ignoring my font choices...

I have never had this much trouble with FP 03 before, but here's the problem.
I'm using a theme I set up and want the body, list, hyperlinks, etc. to be
in size 10 font but it never changes from 12pt.

I've gone through the theme's css files and changed EVERYTHING to size 10
and still the body/normal font comes out in the design window and published
at size 12. Where is the system getting the 12 from? I seem to be able to
change weight, font type, and color, but the size never sticks.

Then with the hyperlinks, in the theme window, the color changes for the
hover, active, etc are correct (except for it being size 12), but when I
publish the file, the hyperlink hover is bold. It ignores my color choices.
Again, where is the system getting this information?

Any help?

iirc, You need to edit the theme in FrontPage and then save it with a new theme name and
then apply it to your web.
