Can't create new Web site: SharePoint message

| I recently rebuilt my Windows XP sp2 machine and installed IIS and FrontPage
2003. I have not installed Windows SharePoint Services or anything related.
Today I went to create a new FrontPage web for the first time using
http://<myservername>/<sitename>. I get the error, "An error occurred
accessing your Windows Sharepoint Services site files..."
Can't I create a FrontPage web site without Sharepoint??? What might be
causing this error? Thanks,

| OK, never mind, the FrontPage 2002 Server Extensions seem to have resolved
this strange error for me. Thanks!

| FP2003 refers to the FP extensions as SharePoint.
