Is there a way to set up an email to send as an automatic response to orders
recieved which have been generated by a Frontpage order form?

Only possible if your web host offer you the ability to use a auto-responder with a email account
associated with your domain, that is configure to working with email generated by FP.

If you feel your current issue is a results of installing
a Service Pack or security update, please contact
Microsoft Product Support Services:
http://support.microsoft.com
If the problem can be shown to have been caused by a
security update, then there is usually no charge for the call.

You would have to talk with your web host on how to set it up, as it has nothing to do with FP,
other then the web host must have configured it to work with email generated by FP..
