| Murray: I found the prb. I inserted the graphic after I added the
background color. the "transparent" area of the graphic was loading after
the background color and therefore was sitting on top of the background. I
deleted both the graphic and background and reinserted them, graphic first
then background. Problem solved. Thank you for your interest and
suggestion. Tray
