Author E-mailing of Form's Content

As an hotel, we have a form that clients can use for bookings. I've designed
the form to e-mail its contents to the booking desk, but it doesn't work. FP
2003 reports a Component Error stating that Saving Form Result to E-Mail
won't work unless either the "SMTPHost" or "SendmailCommand" server
configuration parameters are set. I checked throughout the Help Files but
couldn't find a hint of where or how such parameters can be set...

Unless your are hosting the site on your own server, the host has to set this up.
