How can I make my Index.htm my homepage?

The file name of your home page is control by the default home page on the server. If the server has
the FP extensions, when you publish via http, the your home page will be rename to what is required
on the server.

If the server doesn't have the FP extensions, then you have to rename it to what is required by the
host.
