| Hello, I would like to design a site where I would put a graphic inside a
giant heart shaped pattern. How can I do this? I would like the heart to
take up almost the entire width of the page. TIA.

| Create a single cell center aligned table
(table and cell size 2 px smaller than your heart image)
Apply the heart image as a cell background image
Insert your other image into the cell
(center align the image and cell)
