Author how to insert marquee properly

when I inserted marquee it funtioned properly but the letters were cut off
the top and bottom, even when changing properties, why? Using Frontpage 2003.

Please provide a URL to the page with it on the internet.

Also you understand that it is only scrolls when viewed in an IE browse, all others it will just
display all of the text on the page, in the space allot for the marquee.

It's probably best not to use this feature.

Why, it works and as long as you know it will not scroll outside of IE browsers, there is no reason
not to use it.

If there is a lot of text to scroll, it won't all be seen outise of IE
browsers.
