| Yes, I checked the windows firewall and had it disabled. Also, FrontPage is
on the "admit" group within the firewall.
The server hasn't changed in the two years that I have been using fp to
"publish" my webpage. The only thing that has changed is service pack. I am
running xp pro with fp2003.

- or just as the URL w/o a port
By default FP uses port 80 for http
