| Thank you, Thomas. I know my files are in the right place, because the first
pic will appear at the bottom, as it should. But the thumbprints all show
the box w/red "x"....and won't allow me to click and open them. If I switch
them around (another picture to be "first"), the picture I choose to be first
in the line-up appears as it should...but still all the others are messed up.
I will check out the web sites everyone provided and hopefully I will find
an answer.
I was also told it has to do with resolution/compression/dpi......but my
other pictures work just fine. If you'd like to see to what I am
referring...please visit the website.... www.bjbales.com

| In all your photgalleries your path is pointing above your root web
For example in http://www.bjbales.com/Day1Pics.htm you have
<!--webbot bot="PhotoAlbum" U-Include="../photogallery/photo00019897/real.htm" clientside TAG="BODY" startspan -->
<picture file-href="../photogallery/photo00019897/real_p.htm" />
<picture file-href="../photogallery/photo00019897/real_x.htm" />
The ../ mean one folder up from http://www.bjbales.com/ (not possible)
And I can't even find your photo gallery at the root using
http://www.bjbales.com/photogallery...019897/real.htm
Start by making sure you have imported all files into your FP Web / Site before creating a photogallery to get the path correct
Since http://www.bjbales.com/_vti_inf.html is not found, that indicates the Site does not have the FP SE and you are FTPing (or
using some other tool to upload) and you are not using the correct path in your uploads

| ....in addition...some of your pics are HUGE like the one with old man =
make-up on on the about page...it's 5.4 meg. There are others that are =
way too big as well..you need to optimize them. That image at that size =
should be about 15K.
