| Sure. You can import the MP3 files into your web with the File | Import
feature. Then just link to them like a web page. You will probably need to
have text on the page telling them to right-click the link and selecting
save as, otherwise their MP3 player may launch the file instead. Best way to
get around that is to zip the file first and then import and link to the zip
file since browsers simply download zips without trying to open them.
