Changes showing up/not showing up

| I recently changed domain registrars and web host servers -- change took
place approx 48 hours ago.
I then made a change to two of the pages on my website and published the new
pages.
When I view the site from my computer at home, the changes I made and
published did not take effect -- the pages I changed look like they did
before the change.
When I view the site from my computer at work, the changes are in place.
What's going on here?

| It can take up to 72 hours for all Name servers to be update with the new IP address for your site.
