Front Page - FTP Links Not Working

FTP Links Not Working

I am unable to creat a hyperlink to an FTP site on a web
site that is built from Frontpage. This is not working
for some reason. I am getting a page can not be displayed
instead of going to the FTP site.

Any Ideas?

The FTP site was actually built before I got here, however
they used a software called Servu so they could host this
theirselves. The FTP site functions properly however when
I try to create a link on a frontpage website so customers
can easily access the ftp site, it doesn't work. I simply
get a page can not be displayed error.

I am adding the link by, "Insert"/"Hyperlink" then typing
in the FTP address.
