This pertains to Front Page how?

If you have Windows XP on your PC, it will usually have=20
enough "knowledge" to utilize your scanner without having=20
to resort to the scanner CD. If not, you will have to=20
contact HP to get another CD or download it from their=20
site (probably Hp.Com).
