With frontpage the idea is you don't need to know html or database programming.
that's all done behind the scenes.

however if you want to code pages in notepad or asp or whatever then use your
favourite search engine such as google and search "database programming" or "html
coding" and other variations of these.

or, and no offence intended, go for the '....for Dummies' series books on ASP or
HTML and/or the "Complete Idiots Guide...." series.
