Submit form erros

I've been using the form field buttons for over 2 years perfectly OK. In the last month I'm finding that when I click on the button, I get an error message which says:
<form method="POST" action="_derived/nortbots.htm" onsubmit="location.href='_derived/nortbots.htm';return false;" webbot-action="--WEBBOT-SELF--" WEBBOT-onSubmit>

Likewise, I find this code in the source document.
I've tried this on about five different forms, in endless ways and I've even tried just changing text on old forms that did work 2 months ago. I still can't get the buttons to go through to the correct next page, nor to submit the data.
Can anyone help?

NORTBOTS:
You should only get the
onSubmit="location.href='_derived/nortbots.htm' in disc based webs
or in online webs that have not been
published using FP http mode to a server running the FP SE

Have you contacted your host to see it they did any updates or change their server configurations?
