Front Page - frontpage 2002 won't start

frontpage 2002 won't start

Hello,
I have windows ME. While I was updating my website my
computer stopped responding and I had to reboot.Now I can
not start frontpage 2002. all it does is freezes up.
Everything else is fine, but I can not access fp2002.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled fp but I have the same
problem. I really need to to some website updates but I
can't get into fp.
Any help is appreciated.

1) In Windows Explorer Find and delete all FP Temp Files
2) In Windows Explorer Find and delete all hidden *.web files
3) In Windows Explorer Find and delete the file CMDUI.PRF

Some of these files may be hidden.
