Why are you inserting a text box into the cell, when you can type directly into the cell, and then
use cell properties to align your text?

Especially since text boxes are VML (only viewable in IE), and use absolute positioning, so they should not be used in tables and
may not be supported by all browsers

didn't know that - and had already typed in the table :-> since I couldn't
get the 'text box' to stay - just thought it was a new feature in 2003 and
thought I'd try it .... thanks for the info though!
