I would like to use Frontpage to publish different sites to my own URL
so that different clients can view the layouts I am recomending. My
hosting service does not have subwebs so I have been trying to put
each site into its own folder so that a client can access their site
by typing www.myurl/clientname.

I have refrained from using shared borders as these seem to be
published to a top level folder which all of the sites access. I do,
however use the dynamic templates in FP 2003.

Unfortunately, even when the sites are in different folders on the
hosting server, they seem to get confused and the navigation menus get
affected.

Does anyone have a clear idea of how to separate different sites on
the same URL if my hosting service does not support subwebs?

Navigation and nav bars are site wide and can not be segregated by folder
- only way to do it w/ just folders is to not use any FP nav or web component tools

What would be your suggestion if i wanted to keep the dynamic
templates but still have multiple sites?

You manually put in the links for each template and only apply the template
to the pages you want to have that set of links. Do not use the navigation
components.

Since you are creating sites for clients. I would urge you to change to a
host that supports subwebs.
