Follow up questions:

The webhost claims to have FP server extensions installed. I uploading
using the host upload tool because I can not publish with FP until my domain
name is finalized. Stefan mentioned two folders that needed be uploaded
that are not appearing on my folder list. I am using FP2002 any idea where
the folders are located?

Thanks in advance again for any help.

As far as the load time, FP indicates a load time of 16 seconds, can you
think of any reason why there would be such a huge discrepancy?

The _derived and _themes folders are hidden folders
Tools Web/Site Setting Advanced - show hidden files

By FTPing you have corrupted the FP SE on your site
Have them reapplied by you host after your domain name is finalized and use File Publish Web/Site

The domain is active now, the navigation bars are now working properly but I
am still having the problem with the forms.

I published it to my hard drive I get the same error on computers with the
FP servers installed. So it is an error it the coding I have done. Any
help is appreciated.

The form will not work locally, and if the form has an email address, and does work once publish to
the remote server that has the extensions, then the host has not configured the extensions to
process email, and you will need to contact them.
