Howdy,

When I attempt to search the helpfile in FP2003 it defaults to online
help.

Is there a way that I can have it default to offline help?

Thanks,

Launch the online Help.
Then in the column click the lower down arrow. Select Online Content
settings. In the panel that opens, uncheck "Show content and links from
Microsoft Office Online" and then click OK. Close and Restart FrontPage.

You can turn it back on the same way.

Hi Steve,

Are your instructions above for FP2003...?

You mention the "lower down arrow." There are, indeed, two down
arrows. The upper drops a field in which I can enter a question. The
lower drops a menu with entries "Getting Started", "Help", "Search
Results", etc.

I can find nothing about "Online Content Settings."

Thanks for any clarification,

Took me a minute to find it too. I knew it was there but had never looked
for it.
