Author Include Page Component

I am attempting to use the Include Page Component with
Frontpage 2002. I prepared my navigation, including
collapsible lists and everything test great in the
preview in browser. I go to individual pages and use the
insert web component include page and publish to web.
The collapsible listings do not open and it is as though
no links exist. Is this a problem with Frontpage 2002 or
have I done something wrong? Thanks for any help.

If the functions requires JavaScript, then the JavaScript must be moved from the head section of the
include page to right after the opening <body> tag of the include page, as FP only includes content
the is in-between the opening and closing body tags.
