Author Png picture in Fireworks won't import

I made a png graphic in Fireworks, complete with pull-down menu options, and I can't import or copy/paste it into my web. When I pasted it, only the background picture was pasted, without the hot-spots.

Thanks!

For the web, just use jpgs for photos and gifs for the others. And you don't
want those big png files in your site, You probably need to work with the
html that Fireworks generates, not the png original file. Read their HELP
files on how to export the 'right stuff'.

portable network graphic files aren't supported in all browsers.

Did you export the graphic from Fireworks? Fireworks should generate an
image (or images) as .jpg or .gif files as well as an html page. The html
document contains the actual code for assembling the graphic with all the
hotspots and code/etc.. Always use jpg or gif when exporting from Fireworks
as png is not widely supported yet.

Hope this helps,
