Front Page - Error 550 Permission Denied

Error 550 Permission Denied

When I attempt to publish my site (using FP 2002), I get an error
message"550 cer: Permission Denied".

Could a kind soul please tell me how to resolve this problem?

When I recently had that problem, it was because a newly-installed
program on the website (Gallery) set permissions to one folder to 000.
That ticked off FP2002 and it gave that same error.

Have you installed any new programs on the server since you were able to
successfully publish your website?

In <PnL9c.129001$Wa.102029@news-server.bigpond.net.au>, Sharon found a
file that had two "dots" in the filename, ie contact..htm, and got a 550
PD message.
