Navigation linked bars and frames

| So....if I create a page with frames...list on one side
and target on the other, I can't even place a single
button on the page to go 'Home'? Seems kind of odd!

| You can use images that you create in a graphics application or retrieve
from a theme, you just can use actual FP navigation components, i.e.,
LinkBar, NavBar (Navigation View)
