why won't my page refresh?

| I edited a page in FrontPage, http://www.thechefexpress.com/weekly_menu.htm.
I published it to the server.
But my IE 6 browser still shows the old version, and thus the client's link doesn't work. "e-mail your order by Friday"
I pressed F5.
I clicked the Refresh button.
I cleared the cache: Tools, Internet Options, Delete Files.
The browser still shows the old version, yet when I open the page from the server the correct code is there.
How can I get the latest and greatest version of the page to refresh in my browser?
Thank you.

| Shut down FrontPage.
Do a search for Files named *.web and delete all found.
Then search for *.tmp and delete all found.
Empty your Temporary Internet and History files "again"
Then check the page.

| If that doesn't work, it may be an ISP cache rather than a local cache.
Try adding ?1 to the end of your URL and see if that brings up the new
page.
