General - Making a flash site with simple animations?

I have little experience in the flash program. i have worked and can manipulate
stock flash navs and things like that, but i have never really made anything
from scratch. So if someone can tell me a book that will direct me on creating
a complete flash site with animations and all. that would be extremely helpful.
or if you have any general suggestions or comments, please help me and leave
them.
