Flash Site Design - Rollover or what?

I've been making a site and I want a "rollover" button... I'm not really sure
if that's exactly what its called, but I found a site that has the basic
concept: http://123triad.net and go to the flash version - I'm talking about
the buttons on the right that you put your mouse over, they do something, and
then when you move your mouse away, they do something else... Does anyone know
how to do something like this? (By the way, I'm using Flash MX 2004 Pro... I
know, its outdated, but I don't have enough cash to upgrade at the moment.)

well iam sure many know how to do it in here ...;o)

but the question is... who has the time to explain it to you..... & do you
know animation & at least intermediate action scripting .....if not ....then
what else can i say dude ....go learn those first ! ;o)
