| i'm using this PHP code...
<?php
$menu = include ("menu.php");
$content=$_GET['content'];
if (empty($content)) { $content='home'; }
switch ($content) {
case "home":
include ('home.php');
break;
case "faq":
include ('faq.php');
break;
case "help":
include ('help.php');
break;
case "pictures":
include ('pictures.php');
break;
}
?>
the include menu.php function is the flash menu
and the rest is the html
whenever i click the link in the flash menu to switch out the PHP $content
code the flash reloads eventhough it's in the same window and nothing about it
has moved or changed aside from the code that it sends the browser to change
the content. now if i use html menu nothing changes or reloads.
i desperatly need help on this one it's driving me to insanity.

| whats your button code look like?
| |

| i have tried setting it up where the get url function on the buttons linked to
a txt file that gave it the command to link to the particular page and i have
tried applying the code directly in the on release geturl() for the button.
The coding i have tried has been:
(faq being the generic button and page linking togeter. and the index.php is
the file that contains all the data.)
"index.php?content=faq"
"#?content=faq"
"?content=faq"
"content=faq"
"index.php","?content=faq"
"index.php?'content'='faq'"
"index.php?'content=faq'"
And i have also tried the get.shared.object function to get the cookie and
tell it not to reload. That didn't seem to do anything and didn't work.
I'm really stuck and need to make a deadline and if i don't get it to work
i'll have to rebuild the site with seperate flashfiles untill i get itfigured
out.
The intention of this is to have a goto set up on the button and change the
animation in the menu and the content at the same time without the flash
reloading.
