Here's what I need help with...

The Denver Broncos Virtual Trading Card program was discontinued, so I'm doing
what I can to set it up on an offsite location. I'm a graphic designer but I
don't know anything about Flash or how to do any of what I need for the website
structure itself.

I could be wrong but I'd say that one's been made using Adobe Flex

Okay, if that's the case do you think you could help me re-create it?

I wouldn't consider myself qualified to help you and, I'd say it's a pretty
big help that you're asking.

Maybe you could try asking in the Flex forums. Or, if your willing to pay
someone why not invest in some good training materials like,

Well at this point I've decided to learn the software myself and then do the
work myself. I'd go for those tutorials there if they weren't so expensive.
Hopefully I can find cheaper, or even free alternatives.
