| This is my first flash project and i've been doing it all of tutorials.
working in Flash CS3
windows xp pro
actionscript 2.0

and i want to be able to scroll the entire page with the mouse. i can scroll
the page until i actually click within it. (make sense?) like if i click file
or something then scroll it will scroll but if i click one of the tabs it
doesn't.
i attempted using a scrollpane but for some reason it wasn't working.
and i have no idea how to use the scrollbar component.
So i'm asking how to make it scroll with the mouse, and if the best bet would
be the scroll pane or scroll bar, an explanation on how to use it would be most
appreciated.
