I like the welcome page a lot because of the strong graphic. I like the button
mouseovers and I like the gallery with painting stand (don't know the correct
word in english).
Worth to mention is that the page is a tad to great in hight for the screen
I'm watching it up right now, with two toolbars and a bar with firefox tabs.
Also you use too much different styles on the site, as the handwriting buttons
and logo contrast too much with the very "computer" contact forms and scrolling
text, MSN logo and particulary excessive "Recommended website" banner.

I think some colors on the background would adjust the contrast on the page

Hmm....It is a very nice design style you used on this site. You used
interesting animation which I enjoyed looking at and would keep the viewer
active in the site. The only issue was being that it took too long for each
page to load. I suggest making the entire website through Flash or compressing
each .swf file. I hope I helped,
