Sometimes it doesn`t have to be flash.
Your case seems to be one of those.

Maybe you should think about realizing your project in HTML.
The video is the only thing you should do in Flash, which can easily be
integrated into HTML.

Everything else just doesn`t require Flash.

Design:
It looks neat, but again: No problem to cast that to HTML/CSS.

this looks like a template, and I agree with Franz Marksteiner

I think it might use some upgrading (try using some effects when changing the
sections), I don't think you should go back to html, if you chose flash stick
with it, don`t let anyone tell you which way to go (unless your client
explicitely asks for something).
How about checking this websites and giving me your opionion:

Your site took way too long to long for something so simple. Then if you
stop the music and go "Home" the music begins again (but the amp animation
doesn't). The text area seems to small and the top graphic changes when you
change to a different page--but only shifts down it doesn't actually change
the actual image itself.

I gave up on your first site when the first thing I see is a bunch of error
messages at the top. That turned me off so I didn't go any further...

The problem is that not everyone got Flash mate. This advise is somehow
stupid. There should be an alternative for people who do not have the
plugin. A client would be more happy about a solution where all people
can visit a site and not only the 40%with the right version of the
plugin. When Adobe say that 95% of the people using the internet have
swf then it is lie. An other problem is that search engines would read
the flash file. So think twice before giving such advises.

Oh man! Here we go again, one of those people who cannot think for
themselves!!! All about the searh engine compiance!!! Come on!!!
I suppose you have something to back that comment (40% of the people with the
right...) please think twice before saying such stupid things.

I wrote a small article in my blog about Flash:
http://aquigorka.com/blog/?p=20

Please read it and then lets try and have a reason-guided discussion mate.

Hmmm.

You can tell time has been spent on designing the graphics, but not much
effort in presenting the layout or information. With the same page being the
same is dull. If your not interested in making a particulalry dynamic site
then Id go back to html. Else make the most of the fact you're using flash and
the power that gives you to deliver the brand. The best advice i can give you
is just try to think about the experience you want to give the visitor, and
build your design from there.

Keep at it!

the effort on the page and the content should also attract users to come back
for later....

To be quite honest...

It took a good while for the site to load, so I was expecting a lot of
dynamic/exciting content. I felt disappointed once the site came up. If you are
going to keep it as a flash site, please try to reduce the load time.

I also felt like I was looking at the site upside down. The menu was at the
bottom, the page content was above that, then there is all this stuff at the
top of the page that never changes. I would definitely consider rethinking the
layout.

And of course, this is only my opinion.
