| What other applications are running at the time of your attempt and how many
letters are you trying to distribute? How big is the flash master file? Flash
has a ridiculous amount of difficulty handling Distribute commands when your
file is large due perhaps to numerous sound files and bitmaps in the file.
OSX does not offer memory control like OS# did either. OSX handles memory on
the fly as Windows and other OSes do. If an application requests 128MB of ram,
OSX does what it can to get it for it. If the memory is not available, whether
it be due to system issues and the like, a message will be sent back to the
program to let it know.
