Could you give me a clue how the following size is created?
I like the fact that it can be easily changed to any size

Well you did not give us a link to see what site you were talking about but if
you goto

GotoAndLearn.com and then look for the full browser flash section you should
see how lee brimlow does a resize for the full web site.
