How do i build a full flash site such as these. Please give easy to understand
info. e.g can it be done all in flash and roughly how or where can i find info
how to do such things.

Also if i build a full flash site how do i create hyperlinks. e.g is the
hyperlinks done in flash or do i have to do this in dreamweaver. In other works
can i build my whole site in flash and then move it into dreamweaver?

Yes, this can be all done in Flash with or without Dreamweaver.

Firstly - Flash Help - follow the tutorials - get to know Flash and how it
works.
Secondly - Google 'Flash Tutorials' there are millions of them out there.
Thirdly - Get up to speed with Actionscript.
