Flash Site Design - How can I create such a Navigation system?

How can I create such a Navigation system?

Hello,

I am trying to create a navigation system, similar to the site below:
http://www.redomedia.net

What I know so far is that I can create a swf file for each link and call them
in to the main file. Then the only thing that I need to know is that when I
click on a link, how I can hide the other sublinks which were open before. I
don't know if I am on the right track or maybe this is more complicated that I
thought?

I know a bit of AS but not very advanced though...

Please help.
I truly appreciate if anyone could give me a direction.
