There is an .flv file on the right of this website above. I want to do the
same...I want a still picture in place before my movie starts.

Any ideas?

I create my mpeg 1 then convert to .flv file using flash 8 video encoder but
when my move waits for the user to hit play I either have a white or black
screen how can I place a pic before it starts like these guys?
