I really like to effects done on the Maroon 5 website. Particularly when the
photos fade/wipe to color. I want to create the same effect. Anyone have any
suggestions as to how to accomplish that effect? Is there a tutorial on doing
something like that? Or can anyone here guide me through creating that effect?

Well I'm at work right now working on an old version of Photoshop 7!! At home
I'm on CS2 and I know there is a filter you can add to a picture which will
give the effect in the maroon5 site. After that I think it's a simple case of
making a mask with the styleized picture and the full color. Simple..... if you
have Photoshop CS2.

I have been playing around with Photoshop CS2 trying to get the picture the way
I want it, but thats not the hard part. It's bringing the photo to flash and
masking it to give it that same effect on the Marron5 site that I am not sure
how to do. I know how to create a simple mask. This seems a bit more
complicated though.
