Hi nextlovel,

If we are going to have any luck in helping you, you will need to give us a
better description of your work, and how its laid out.

For now tho, you said you can see all your content on stage, but you get a
black screen at runtime, (when you test the movie)
check your layers, and see if you have some sort of black image covering your
work, maybe you wanted a black background, and accidently placed the layer on
top of all others.

If all your work is inside a movieClip symbol, maybe check the transparency,
or layer style in your properties inspector. (at the bottom of your screen)

also, if you are using code (actionscript) dowble check your code, and if you
have code for something black (like a background for eg..) make sure the depth
of the movieClip is behind everything else.

Hope this leads you in the right direction...
If not, try and explain abit better how you made the fla.
Or if you are using code, post your code here and we'll work from there.

ok.
Check your publish settings, alot of times when you purchase a template, it is
made in a different version of Flash, for ex Flash MX, and when you open to
edit the FLA in Flash 8 for ex.. it changes the publish settings and converts
it to AS2.0.

Check your settings..
File ---> Publish Settings

in the SWF tab..
make sure you are publishing for Actionscript 2.0, Flash 8

also in your HTML tab..
select Flash player 8.

Try that out, see how it goes.
If no luck, post a link to your FLA so that I can have a look and see what i
can do.
