Stange issues on some systems

| Hello all.
I have been experiencing issues with one website www.stellassweetshoppe.com
3 people have told me that on thier computers the whole background building
does not show up, that only the dog and the valentine's day sign show up. I
had them empty out chaches (they are all on explorer) and even tried to have
them go to macromedia.com and get the latest flash, however neither of thier
computers would actually finish the update and show that flash 8 is
installed. Any suggestions? Any have random things like this happen on any
other sites?
